Introduction

Personal data (usually referred to just as “data” below) is any information related to you which by itself or in cumulation with other pieces of information gives the opportunity to the person that collects and processes such information to identify you as a person. It can be your name, your identification number, your location data, or information related to your physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social life. Such data will only be processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly product, including its contents, and the services offered there. The following privacy policy is intended to inform you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration, and legal basis for the processing of such data either under our own control or in conjunction with others. We also inform you below about the third-party components we use to optimize our product and improve the user experience which may result in said third parties also processing data they collect and control.

Data Collection

This product requires permission to use the microphone of your device. This permission allows the application to record and analyze audio data which is an essential part of its functionality.

The act of recording audio poses a security risk as recorded audio clips may contain spoken personal data or confidential information. Audio data is collected and analyzed directly on your device and will not be stored elsewhere or disclosed to third parties. All audio data will be deleted once you close the app. Moreover, no other personal data is collected by the controller.

Google Play Services

If you have opted in to automatically share usage and diagnostics data, Google Play will collect log data in case the app stops responding or crashes. This log data may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of the app, and other statistics. The sole purpose of this data is to improve the product.
